Sales Assistant

Description

We are currently in the lookout for creative and innovative individuals who are aspiring to pursue a career in sales and marketing. The main responsibility of the sales assistant would be to bring in events/jobs for LetMeKnow.lk from new clients. The selected candidates will be paid on a commission basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To visit and represent LetMeKnow.lk at external organizations to bring in events/jobs related to photography, videpgraphy and event management.
  • To always deliver a friendly service with smiles and greetings to every customer you come into contact with.
  • Performing the necessary tasks accurately and efficiently in order to provide a positive customer experience and thereby establish customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, resulting a positive brand experience for the customer at all times. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase visitor arrivals.
  • Working as an active member of the team while supporting fellow colleagues in all tasks.
  • Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the brand is well presented.
  • Targeted on having appropriate Till Point Conversations with every customer to add on sales and increase the average transaction value.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Age of 18 to 25 years (School leavers are preferred).
  2. Confident approach towards maximising sales opportunities.
  3. Works as part of a team to achieve the brand sales targets.
  4. Flexibility towards working hours.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to participate as a key team member.
  6. Possess strong leadership, excellent written and communication skills
